On the 19th of September, Room 4 and Room 3 went to the zoo at 9 o'clock in the morning. We went to the zoo because our topic for Term 4 is all about animals, so we went to the zoo in a bus and headed out to learn more about animals.

We met these guys called John and Fraser, they are both twins, they have worked at the zoo for 9 years. Minutes later we started navigating for different kinds of animals, once we got to the elephants that's where I got most of my information about elephants such as that elephants have over 40,000 bones in their trunk!

Exploring at the zoo was AMAZING! I had learned heaps about other sorts of animals, so after we finished exploring we headed back to the bus and went back to school.

Please comment if you have done or learned something incredible at the zoo.
